About Us
Eagles’ Wings Community Development Corporation (EWCDC) Membership consists of five (5) regional faith-based Associations of more than 70 predominantly African American congregations from Murphy, NC to Hickory, NC – a span of over 200 miles and 18 counties. Haywood, Transylvania, Jackson, Catawba, Alexander and Cherokee Counties, respectively. The five Associations are: Interdenominational Ministerial Alliance, Baptists Ministers Union, the Mud Creek Baptist Association, the Waynesville Missionary Baptist Association, and the Mountainview Catawba Missionary Baptist Association..
Services
Our mission is to create a mixed-income , multicultural community consisting of a variety of housing choices, small businesses, and commercial offerings in a healthy, safe, and sustainable environment, and to provide technical assistance to renters, homeowners, and small business owners to create generational wealth.

Financial management/analysis and other assistance to minority community based organizations, non-profits, and churches across Western North Carolina.

Finding solutions to community problems and lending expertise to community based organizations, non-profits, and churches across Western North Carolina.
